Celal Bayar University efficiently benefits from the Erasmus Plus Programme, strengthens existing relations with European institutions and builds new fruitful cooperations. We encourage as much Erasmus participation as possible in order to meet the goals and objectives of the programme.
We welcome all Erasmus Plus partnership approaches from various universities. Also, if you are an international student and would like to study at CBU but your home university has not yet signed an Erasmus Plus Agreement with our University, please let us know about your intention of coming to CBU. The CBU students, wishing to go to the European Universities within Erasmus Plus Programme should contact their departmental Erasmus Coordinator and International Office.
What is Erasmus+
Erasmus+ (2014-2020) is the new 14.7 billion euro catch-all framework programme for education, training, youth and sport. It combines all the EU's current schemes for education, training, youth and sport, including the Lifelong Learning Programme (Erasmus, Leonardo da Vinci, Comenius, Grundtvig), Youth in Action and five international cooperation programmes (Erasmus Mundus, Tempus, Alfa, Edulink and the programme for cooperation with industrialised countries). It is divided into 3 principal pillars: education and formation, youth, and sport.
